The Berlin Kulturforum was shaped by utopias. In both their power and ambivalence, these utopias continue to define this space, shining through in its successes and failures alike. Through exhibitions in different locations, city discussions, and art events, the project ”Utopie Kulturforum” (26.08. until 31.12.2021) – a collaboration of the institutions sharing this urban space – aims to make visible the Kulturforum’s utopian potential.
